What do we offer here at ShopElliaDeals.com?

Shop Ellia Deals is a deal site catering to families. We offer items at a discount for maternity, infant, toddler, child and even some for moms and dads.  

How does Shop Ellia Deals work?

At 9am MST, every Monday and Thursday we will feature a great deal on our website. Be quick, because once the deal is sold out, that's it until our next deal goes live!  

Where do you ship to?

 We ship across Canada nd the United States. At the moment, we do not ship internationally.  

How will my order be shipped?

We are located in Alberta, Canada and ship via Canada Post. Most items will ship Lettermail. Please note that Lettermail does not offer insurance on your package.

How long until I receive my order?

All orders will ship within 1(one) BUSINESS DAY after the order is placed. Ship time will vary depending on your location. On average, orders sent within Canada can take up to 7 business days to arrive and those sent to the United States can take up to 4 weeks to arrive due to customs. If you have any concerns about ship times, please email us contact@shopelliadeals.com  

Do you combine shipping on different deals?

In order to keep to our commitment of shipping your order out within 1 business day we are unable to combine shipping on different deals.  

Do you accept returns or offer exchanges?

All sales are final. We are providing items at a very deep discount and are unable to offer returns or exchanges. If you item arrives and is defective, please email us within 5 business days at contact@shopelliadeals.com  

What currency are your deals offered in?

Our prices are in Canadian dollars and as such, our original retail prices reflect this.  

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments through Paypal.
